At FysioPilates by Astrid, you’ll find physiotherapy-based Pilates and yogaclasses tailored to women of all levels, from beginners to those returning to movement after pregnancy, injury, or a longer break.


I offer a unique combination of physiotherapy, functional training, and Pilates, with in-person classes in Aarhus and Risskov, private 1:1 sessions, and online programs you can follow from anywhere.

Whether you’re rebuilding your core after birth, managing discomfort, or simply looking for a way to move that feels good, this is your space.

Hi there! I’m excited to introduce myself and share my passion for Pilates and fitness.


PILATES IS FOR EVERYONE!


I’m deeply fascinated by how targeted training can enhance physical strength and have a profoundly positive effect on mood, well-being, and overall health. I firmly believe that age is just a number, and what truly matters is adapting exercises and training regimens to each individual's level and needs.


With over 20 years of experience as a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, I've had the joy of working and teaching in England, Norway, and Denmark.

I've been fortunate to teach people of all ages and fitness levels, from young ballet dancers to 85-year-olds with walkers.

My approach to training has become increasingly holistic, focusing on improving strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and empowered to work with their bodies in a positive and supportive way is what I value most. I believe that anyone, regardless of age or physical starting point, can achieve greater well-being through personalized and purposeful physical training.


 I look forward to supporting you on your path to improved physical and mental wellness!

Hvis du vil gøre noget godt for dig selv, så skal du komme til pilates med Astrid.

Jeg startede hos Astrid for et par år siden og hun har formået at gøre mig fri af daglige smerter i mine hofter, med øvelser som fanger de helt rigtige muskler. Ja, jeg vil gå så langt, at jeg tror der er fundet små muskler i min krop, som jeg efter tre graviditeter, ikke har fået aktiveret igen😂Bonus er de smerter, jeg som “kontormus” før fik i nakke og skuldre, og satte sig til ugentlig hovedpine, nu er forsvundet.
Så har du din krop kær, så kom afsted til Pilates hos Astrid. Hun favner alle niveauer, så du skal ikke være nervøs for, om du falder ved siden af. Du vil ikke fortryde det💪🏻

5 stjerner er for lidt.
Astrid er en utrolig dygtig instruktør hun er nærværende og underviser så alle får noget ud af en træningssession hun favner simpelthen alle niveauer . Jeg har prøvet pilates før men det har aldrig fanget mig på den måde som det gør nu og der er ingen tvivl om at det er Astrids fortjeneste . Efter en time i hendes selskab bliver man fyldt op af energi samtidig med at man har fundet muskler man ikke anede eksisterede i ens krop. Så hvis du vil gøre noget godt for dig selv så er det bare med at komme afsted . Kun rosende ord og varme anbefalinger herfra.
